The Property    is let as "Self Catering".

Cleaning    The property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Upkeep of the property during your stay will be your responsibility.
If you stay is for more than one week a basic clean will be provided at weekly intervals including change of towels and bed linen.

What's Included    The property is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, cooking utensil, washing machine, fridge, T.V. etc.
Guests should supply their own beach towels.

Security/Booking Deposit      A £100 security deposit FOR EACH WEEK of your stay is required to cover any damage to furnishings or lost items, any goods associated with the property or any excessive cleaning which maybe required. This deposit is required at time of booking.
The money will be returned (less any deductions) within 14 days after your stay.

Tax and Service    There are no hidden costs, price includes gas, electricity and air conditioning.

Payment    Full payment to be settled not less than FOUR WEEKS before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in the booking being cancelled and forfeiture of the security/booking deposit.

Cancellation by Clients    Cancellation of a booking at any time will result in forfeiture of the security/booking deposit.
In the unlikely event the rental is cancelled by the owner all monies paid will be refunded.

Checkout Time    is normally 12 noon and Check-in after 16:00 hours but this is usually flexible, subject to other guests arrivals / departures.

Smoking Policy    Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, some guests may have allergies to lingering smoke deposits, smoking within the property will create excess cleaning costs which may be deducted from your security deposit. Smoking on the balcony is fine and ashtrays are provided.

Pets    No pets / animals are allowed on the site.

Travel Insurance    With potential medical liability and airline cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend you buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package, which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.

Liability    The owners will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion with respect to accommodation, including any substitutions. The owners disclaim any and all liability for personal property being lost, stolen or damaged, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the property or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the owners or agent. Or any issues arising from local / national utility supplies.  Our properties are inspected before your arrival and on your departure, you will be liable for any costs to replace or repair damaged or lost items, or excessive cleaning. The renters are liable for the safety of themselves and any other guests whilst staying in the accommodation and when using terraces and balconies.
